Spine & Sport has communicated directly with Allshores and requested clarification regarding the current benefit structure, including why physiotherapy and occupational therapy reimbursement increased while chiropractic reimbursement remained unchanged.
Allshores has advised that any future changes would only be considered during a future policy review process.
